Experience Required
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in the plant/tool/equipment hire industry
- Strong sales experience and proven team management experience
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Experience handling customer queries over the phone, email, and face to face & building strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to thrive in a KPI driven environment
- Supporting and driving sales initiatives
- Testing of equipment before and after each hire
