Overview:
Sparktel currently have an excellent opportunity for an Estimator in the Cavan area. We are recruiting on behalf our client who provides exceptional civil engineering services through Ireland ant the UK. The successful candidate must have civils experience.
Responsibilities:
- Correctly analysing project plans and specifications such as, labour, materials, equipment and other necessary expenses to determine overall project costs.
- Working on proposal documentation such as equipment selection, project delivery and management plans. Evaluating quotes for submissions to project manager and clients.
- Ability to work and delivery organised plans under tight schedules.
- Must work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Ensuring financial objectives are met by successfully assisting in budget management and creation.
- Experience as an Estimator and using estimating software within the Civils Industry.
- Must have a strong understanding of construction and budgeting management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and in a team.
- Must posses’ strong IT skills.
- Full driving license required.
