Salary: €55k-€65k + vehicle + bonus
Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Front Line Manager to join our client who specialise in Civils and Utilities currently working on Telecommunications. This role will report directly to the Managing Directors. This is an on-site role where the successful candidate will oversee multiple Subducting, Civils and Utilities crews.
Responsibilities
- Day to Day onsite management of multiple crews
- Organising work for multiple crews and ensuring works are completed on time and to agreed quality.
- Surveying sites in advance of work
- Use tablet, Apps & maps
- Ordering of materials and ensuring all crews have materials and equipment necessary.
- Regular meetings and reporting to Customers FLM’s
- Ensuring all licences and documentation are in place and up to date
- Conduct in house safety audit/checks
Experience Required
- 3+ years in a similar supervisory position with a strong Civils background
- Strong IT Skills particularly with MS Excel, use of tablets, apps and maps
- Full clean driving licence.
- Safe pass, Manual Handling, Lugs, SLG, any other tickets a bonus but not essential.
