Locations: Dublin, Ireland (with travel to sites across Leinster)
Salary: €21/hour (€976.50/week standard, plus optional Saturday overtime at double time)
Overview
Sparktel is recruiting experienced HGV Drivers on behalf of a well-established scaffolding contractor operating across Dublin and the surrounding region. This is a permanent, full-time position suited to drivers who are happy to be hands-on delivering materials to site and getting stuck in with the unloading, not just sitting behind the wheel.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving scaffolding materials safely to sites across Dublin and surrounding areas
- Loading and unloading materials, working alongside the site team
- Manual handling and lifting as part of daily duties
- Ensuring vehicle checks, paperwork and delivery schedules are completed accurately
- Working closely with site and yard staff to keep deliveries on time
- Maintaining a high standard of health and safety compliance at all times
Requirements
- Valid HGV licence (Category C or C+E)
- Previous experience driving in construction, scaffolding, or a similar industry preferred
- Physically fit and willing to help with loading/unloading and manual handling
- Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
- Flexible approach to working hours, including optional Saturday overtime
