Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a HR Generalist to join our client on a based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Our client provides a range of aviation solutions including maintenance, modifications, design, training and engineering to customers across Europe. The successful candidate will be offered an initial 12-18 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and assisting with the implementation of the HR Strategy
- Review and implement updates to HR policies & procedures.
- Provision of HR advice to Line Managers and employees
- HR analytics and reporting on a regular basis
- Payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist with performance management and review processes
- Support with recruitment and new hir onboarding
- Providing general support to the HRBP
- Administration including updating systems, employee files, training and development records etc).
- Supporting company-wide activities, initiatives and diverse engagement programmes.
Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar HR Generalist position.
- Degree in HR, or other related discipline
- Strong working knowledge of employment law
- Manufacturing industry experience or experience of working in a unionised environment is preferable.
