Position: Scaffolding Inspector
Location: Muster Region & Leinster Region
Salary: €45k -€50k
Sparktel are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Inspector to join a safety?driven, high?performing team operating across the Munster and Leinster regions. This role is ideal for a seasoned scaffolding professional who takes pride in quality, compliance and proactive safety leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with all company procedures, policies and safety standards.

Carry out scheduled inspections on all scaffolding structures across assigned sites.

Record and manage all dimensional data, including height, width and load capacity.

Take ownership of required scaffolding modifications and ensure timely completion.

Conduct health, safety and quality audits in line with site and client requirements.

Verify that all scaffolding structures meet client H&S specifications.

Use approved systems and tools to complete accurate scaffold inspections.

Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies across all projects.

Check, inspect, rectify and certify scaffolding prior to use.

Monitor daily work practices and intervene where unsafe behaviours or conditions arise.

Immediately stop unsafe practices and provide corrective guidance and preventative measures.
What We’re Looking For
-
CISRS Advanced Scaffold Inspection (SITS) and Advanced Scaffolder certification.
-
10+ years’ experience in the scaffolding industry.

3+ years’ experience in scaffold inspection, supervision or foreman-level roles.

Strong capability in risk management and mitigation.

Proven ability to work independently and resolve scaffold?related issues.

Knowledge of Layher systems (highly desirable).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Quick thinking with a proactive approach to safety and problem?solving.
