Location: Rathcoole (fully onsite)
Salary: €30k-€35k + pension
Sparktel are currently seeking an Administrator to join our client who is a leader in Plant & Machinery Hire in Ireland. This role will be based in Rathcoole and requires the successful candidate to be on-site full-time. Excellent career progression opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer queries and responding to calls and emails in a prompt and effective manner
- Following company processes and procedures to the highest standards possible
- Raising customer orders and following up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Developing relationships with our customers and managing key accounts on a daily basis
- General administration duties
- 2 years Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong MS Office experience particularly Outlook & Excel
- Experience dealing with commercial customers and strong account management skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer enquiries & orders via phone and email.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience in a construction or machinery related environment is advantageous.
