Job Title: Design Engineer (Water/Wastewater)

Salary: €60k-€70k + pension/health & vehicle
Overview
Sparktel are currently seeking a Design Engineer with civils/water/utilities experience to work with our client in the Dublin area. Our client is a leader in Civil Engineering in Ireland and offers excellent career progression opportunities. The successful candidate will report to the Design Manager and be responsible for multiple urban and rural projects.
Experience Required:
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in the civils/construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Irish Water Standards
- Experience with general civils associated with the Water or Power
- Experience with MEICA, HDD and non-invasive methodologies.
- Understanding of commercial aspects and design costs with proven experience tracking and reporting on the same.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Design and Construct Experience with ability to review high level drawings
- Proven ability to understand design briefs and prepare proposed design packs
- Ability to produce low level programmes
- Full clean driver’s license.
