Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator for our client based in Athlone Co. Westmeath. Our client is a leading provider of technical design, build and maintenance solutions in the Telecoms Industry. This role will report to the Project Manager and will provide administrative support with the delivery of multiple build programmes across Ireland. Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Measurement of subcontractor accounts and agreements
- Recording events for delay, loss and expense
- Processing paperwork and managing filing systems
- Working with other departments to ensure project delivery
- Updating payment trackers, generating PO’s, invoices and invoice processing
- Project P&L reporting
Experience Required:
- 1+ years experience in a similar position
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Supporting in the measurement of the sub-contractor works
- Recording and agreement of extra works and day works
- Measurement, certification and agreement of subcontractor accounts.
- Recording of all relevant events for delay and loss and expense claims
- Processing paperwork and managing filing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
