Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf our client based in Rathcoole. Our client who is a leader in Plant & Machinery Hire in Ireland. This role requires the successful candidate to be fully on-site with excellent opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via phone and email
- Processing orders, payments and invoicing customers
- Maintain and develop existing accounts and new customers
- Liaise with other departments such as warehouse, dispatch etc. to co-ordinate and schedule all deliveries
- Ensuring all relevant information is tracked and accurate on in house CRM system
- Attending training to develop and maintain strong product knowledge base
Experience Required
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar Administration position
- Experience processing customer orders, generating PO’s and managing the invoicing process
- Strong experience MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience using CRMs systems
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in a construction or machinery related environment is advantageous.
