Sparktel Recruitment is a niche recruitment company with an international reach, recruiting across Ireland, Europe and Asia. We cater for clients who require niche skills across a number of industries. We have been operating successfully for 5 years and due to ongoing demand from our clients we require a Recruiter to join the team in Naas, Co. Kildare
The role:
There is no business development required as part of this role. Our recruiters are given the freedom hit targets without the interference of sales and business development. The successful candidate will also work on international recruitment projects and be given the opportunity to travel while earning commission.
Key Duties and responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients, their industry, work practises, required skills and culture.
- Implement innovative resourcing strategies to find and engage candidates through research, referrals, networks, and sourcing campaigns.
- Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract and engage top talent.
- Screen applications, schedule and coordinate interviews and feedback
- Coordinate and manage international recruitment assessment centres.
Requirements:
- Level 8 degree in Business studies or similar - relevant work experience will be considered.
- Strong sourcing, networking skills and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organised.
- Resilient individual with an inherent ability to bounce back from the peaks and troughs of being a recruiter!
- Passionate about delivering an excellent experience to each and every candidate.
- Strong in client focus and customer service orientation.
- International travel is required
