Salary: €50k-€60k + Vehicle + Bonus

Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Site Agent with experience reinstatement works. Our client is one of Ireland’s largest providers of design, build and maintenance services to the utilities industry. The successful candidate will support and report to the Contracts Manager.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple reinstatement projects to successful completion
- Daily management, supervision, and reporting, of direct labour resources, plant, and materials allocations.
- Planning works for Surveyors to measure and manage the works completed
- Coordinating with Back Office Support to ensure necessary permits and licences are in place to ensure projects progress on schedule.
Experience Required
- 4+ years’ Supervisory experience in Civils/Reinstatements
- Experience with reinstatements in all surface types: Stone Mastic or Hot Rolled Asphalt, Cobbles, Flags, Pavers, kerbing etc., Concrete Carriageways and Footways, Grass Verges, Line-marking etc.
- A strong understanding of permit and licensing processes with Local Authorities
- Knowledge of the Purple Book Guidelines
- Ability to read utility drawings, crew work packs and ensure works are completed to acceptable quality standards
- IT literate and proficient in Excel (Pivot, V-Look up), Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Certifications Required
- Full Irish/UK/EU Driving Licence
- Valid Safe Pass
- Basic Road Opening and Reinstatement (ROAR)
