Job Title: Subducting and Cabling Technicians
Location: Leinster – Site Based
Salary: €35K-€40K + vehicle and benefits
Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting Subducting and Cabling Technicians to join our client who is a leading provider of technical design, build and maintenance solutions in the Telecoms Industry. This role will report to the Front-Line Manager and will be site based in the Leinster/greater Dublin area.
Experience Required
-
3+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Sub-ducting, cabling and blown fibre installations on fixed line and wireless projects.

Installation of sub-ducting and cable in new and congested duct networks.

Ability to rod, rope and test ducts in new and congested duct networks.

Locating, identifying, and marking of blockages for civils crews.

Installation of blown fibre, using blowing fibre technologies.

Ability to follow design drawings and schematics.

Carry out traffic management at each site, as required.

Maintain records of daily work logs, data recordings, and network design maps.

Ability to operate communications devices such as smartphones and tablets.
Certifications Required

Valid Safe Pass

Manual Handling
-
Signing Lighting and Guarding (SLG)

Full, clean drivers licence, BE Category. (essential)
