Overview
Sparktel is currently recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our based in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles, supporting large-scale projects in telecoms, engineering, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify top talent.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview processes with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout.
- Support employer branding efforts through recruitment campaigns and events.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment data.
- Contribute to process improvements within the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, in-house or agency.
- Proven success in hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Sound understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices in Ireland.
- Background in telecoms, construction, or utilities sectors is a distinct advantage
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results driven.
