The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, Site Agent and the HSQE Team to schedule and coordinate all internal and external training.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and scheduling of all training courses.
- Rostering and co-ordinating instructors’ daily activities
- Management of training records
- Regular reporting for the operations department.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position in the Construction Industry
- Excellent MS Office skills particularly Excel
- Experience scheduling ongoing training and managing training records.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and communications skills
