Location: Athlone (on-site)
Salary: €28k-€32k
Sparktel are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant based in Athlone. Our client is a leader in the provision of design, construction and maintenance services for the Telecoms Infrastructure Industry. This role will report to the Head of Electrical Services and support a team of Electricians and Field Technicians. The successful candidate will join a growing company and have excellent opportunity for career progression.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with excel on basic reporting.
- Submitting and recording invoices
- Strong Administration experience
- Liaising with field technicians and electricians
- Scheduling jobs and supporting them with site access
- Compiling reports on works completed and general project updates.
- Project management/Project Coordination.
- Good communication skills
