Our client is a medium sized infrastructure company based in North Kildare. They specialise in the design, build and maintenance of infrastructure across the island of Ireland. Their workforce is a diverse mix of back office professionals, engineering and technical site workers. You will lead the HR function and report into the CEO.
Key responsibilities;
- Compensation and benefit programme development
- Employee relations and staff engagement
- Compliance as per legal and best practise HRM
- People strategy and analytics
- Learning and development as well as talent management
- Recruitment and selection across the entire organisation
The person;
- You possess 6+ years HR management experience
- You have reported directly to C or C-1 level
- You have a strong track record in protecting and advising employers and staff.
- You are hands on, hardworking and engaging with a view of adding value each day.
- You are practical and solution orientated HR professional with a deep knowledge of employment law.
- You are energetic, have a sense of humour and are passionate about building great work environments.
