Company Overview:
Sparktel have partnered with a leading Plant and Equipment Hire and Sales Company. They provide services and solutions across a variety of industries from construction to events. They are going through a period of continued growth, especially within their Powered Access division.
The Role:
Due to this continued growth, they are seeking to hire a Assistant Hire Controller to work within the Dublin Division. This role is for a high-potential individual, capable of working in a growing area of the business. This person will essentially work with the hire team to ensure all administration is up to date and to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained. Industry training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Dealing with key customer enquires over the phone and via email
- Developing a good knowledge of the fleet
- Ensuring all hire orders can be completed based on equipment available
- Working with the internal IT system, inputting orders etc
- Ensuring all H&S forms for equipment are up to date and inputted on the internal system
- Checking in with customers while equipment is out on hire to ensure customer satisfaction
- Making sales calls to existing customers
Experience and Competency required:
- 1 years administration experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Fully IT literate and experience with IT systems
- Competency in MS Office package
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- High level of organisation
Benefits:
- Salary of €37,000 - €43,000
