Summary of Role:
This role reports directly into the Irish based Head of HR. The key focus of the HR Business Partner role is to provide professional HR support and guidance to the business. You will partner and serve stakeholders on a wide spectrum of HR issues. You will impact on people strategies around compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management and employee relations.
What you will be responsible for?
Delivering ongoing HR support to divisions within your remit
Supporting managers by providing guidance in the use of best practice in areas such as performance management and employee relations
Coaching managers in developing and progressing people through succession planning
Ensure a robust process is in place to deal with employee queries
Advising on people management solutions along with hands on grievance and disciplinary support
Establish and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders
Sign off for all contracts, addendums and probation extensions including the approval of all amendments made to employees T&Cs through HR system
Preparing and providing regular reporting metrics to Operations, in addition to any reporting required to support the HR strategy
Participating in Internal interviews to ensure compliance with our process is fair and consistent
Participating in ad-hoc HR projects as required
What Knowledge, Skills & Abilities do you require?
3 years’ experience in a HR role.
CIPD qualification and or relevant degree
Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Strong organisational skills and high level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate professionally and articulately at all levels
Ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
Flexibility in line with business requirements
Ability to always represent the company in a professional manner
