Salary: €60k-€70k + Vehicle

Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager to join our client in the Greater Dublin Area. Our client is a leader in the provision of design, construction and maintenance services for the Telecoms Infrastructure Industry in Ireland. This role will report to the Head of Fixed Line and will have overall responsibility for the delivery of an Fttx/Fixed Line Project. This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in fixed line build rollouts, including civils, cabling and splicing
Responsibilities
- Ensuring successful end to end delivery of the project
- Taking a lead role in customer engagement, project planning and stakeholder reporting
- Overall responsibility for client reporting including developing the monthly and quarterly client presentations.
- Management of Project Process Maps and tracking of key data and KPIs
- Managing project budget, timeline and risks to ensure delivery on predefined schedule, cost and quality
- Implementation of strategic actions to ensure any identified risks are mitigated and project is delivered successfully
- Day to day management of field teams; recruitment, training and performance management
- Ensuring quality, health & Safety and environmental standards are adhered to
Experience Required:
- 4+ years Programme Management experience
- Experience with fixed line build rollouts, including civils, cabling and splicing
- Proven experience managing project budget, schedule and KPI’s including hands on experience generating regular P&L reports
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience tracking data, developing reports and presenting to clients
- Excellent IT skills: advanced Excel is essential
- Knowledge of QGIS/ArcGIS an advantage
