Job Title: Project Manager - FTTH
Salary: €60k-€70k + Benefits + Vehicle
Location: Greater Dublin (hybrid)
Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work with an excellent client in the Greater Dublin Area. Our client is a leader in the provision of design, construction and maintenance services for the Telecoms Infrastructure Industry in Ireland. This is a field based role where the successful candidate will report to the Contracts Manager and have full responsibility for the delivery of an FTTH/Fibre to the Home.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring successful end to end delivery of the project
- Leading a team of SME’s
- Developing a relationship with the customer, managing expectations and reporting on project progression
- Tracking of key Data and KPIs
- Monthly and quarterly client KPI presentations
- Managing project budget, timeline and risks to ensure delivery on predefined schedule, cost and quality
- Implementation of strategic actions to ensure any identified risks are mitigated and project is delivered successfully
- Day to day management of field teams; recruitment, training and performance management
- Ensuring quality, health & Safety and environmental standards are adhered to
Experience Required:
- 4+ years Project Management experience
- Experience with fixed line build rollouts, including civils, cabling and splicing
- Proven experience managing project budget, schedule and KPI’s
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience tracking data, developing reports and presenting to clients
- Excellent IT skills: advanced Excel is essential
- Knowledge of QGIS/ArcGIS an advantage
