Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will play a key role in the formulation and execution of programmes of work across ducting, fibre splicing, and cabling projects. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that will suit a self-motivated individual who takes ownership, leads from the front, and thrives in a fast-paced project environment.
- Assist in the development and then lead the execution of programmes of work across telecoms infrastructure projects including ducting, fibre splicing, and cabling.
- Procure, manage, and coordinate specialist third-party subcontractors to deliver project scopes on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on key project milestones, costs, and KPIs both internally and directly to clients.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, programmes, and risk registers.
- Ensure quality, health & safety, and environmental standards are adhered to at all times on site and across subcontractor teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
- Prepare and present clear and professional project reports and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrable experience in project management within the telecoms infrastructure sector, specifically in ducting, fibre splicing, and/or cabling environments.
- Proven ability to manage and hold accountability over subcontractors and specialist third-party delivery partners.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software is an advantage.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage project budgets and report on costs accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
- A genuine "can-do" attitude — someone who gets things done, takes responsibility, and leads by example.
- A strong team player who can work collaboratively across teams while managing their own workload independently.
- Salary: €65,000 – €70,000 DOE
