Salary: €60k-€70k + Vehicle

Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work with an excellent client in the Greater Dublin Area. Our client is a leader in the provision of design, construction and maintenance services for the Telecoms Infrastructure Industry in Ireland. This role will report to the Contracts Manager and have full responsibility for the delivery of an Fttx/Fixed Line Project. This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience in fixed line build rollouts, including civils, cabling and splicing
Responsibilities
- Ensuring successful end to end delivery of the project
- Leading a team of SME’s
- Developing a relationship with the customer, managing expectations and reporting on project progression
- Tracking of key Data and KPIs
- Monthly and quarterly client KPI presentations
- Managing project budget, timeline and risks to ensure delivery on predefined schedule, cost and quality
- Implementation of strategic actions to ensure any identified risks are mitigated and project is delivered successfully
- Day to day management of field teams; recruitment, training and performance management
- Ensuring quality, health & Safety and environmental standards are adhered to
Experience Required:
- 4+ years Project Management experience
- Experience with fixed line build rollouts, including civils, cabling and splicing
- Proven experience managing project budget, schedule and KPI’s
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience tracking data, developing reports and presenting to clients
- Excellent IT skills: advanced Excel is essential
- Knowledge of QGIS/ArcGIS an advantage
