Location: Site Based (Leitrim, Cavan, Roscommon, Longford)
Salary: €35k-€40k + Vehicle
Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Technician to work across sites in Leitrim, Cavan, Roscommon and Longford. Our client is a recognised Quality Partner in the telecoms, civils and utilities industry and a leading provider of technical design, build and maintenance solutions in the Telecoms Industry. The successful candidate will join the fixed line services team and support with the delivery of key projects within the telecoms industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of site defects and implementation of effective remedial actions
- Provision of ongoing feedback to field crews and identifying opportunities for training
- Customer communication and providing the customer with regular updates and reports
- Regular quality control site checks and reporting on the same
- Ensuring agreed customer standards are being met
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in the Telecoms industry
- Experience working on Fixed Line Telecoms projects
- Previous experience and relevant certifications to work at height from ladders
- Experience working with GIS systems
- Strong IT Skills, particularly MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have a full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
