Salary: €30k-€35k + Commission + Benefits

Overview
Sparktel Recruitment is a niche technical recruitment agency with an international reach, recruiting across Ireland, Europe and Asia. We cater for clients who require specialist skills across a range of industries including Telecoms, Utilities and Construction. We have been operating successfully for over 5 years and due to ongoing demand from our clients we require a Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Naas, Co. Kildare. There is no Business Development required as part of this role.
Key Duties and responsibilities
- Coordination of multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Development of excellent client relationships to ensure Sparktel remain as he agency of choice for our clients
- Ensuring an in depth understanding of our most valued clients and the talent they recruit.
- Continuous improvement and development of our processes and systems
- Developing job ads based on client requirements
- Sourcing and screening suitable candidates from various sources
- Performing reference checks and supporting with candidate onboarding
- 2+ years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant ideally in the Utilities, Telecoms or Construction industry
- Strong IT skills particularly MS Office and experience using other ATS or CRM systems
- Highly detail-oriented and organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
