Sparktel currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to join our client on a hybrid/remote basis. Our client is an Irish based rapidly growing Software Development Consultancy who are preparing to launch an exciting new solution to the market. Making this an excellent time to join this company and be a central part of their success. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Driving the development of new and existing clients
- Developing a strong understanding of products, solutions and services
- Lead generation, digital outreach and lead conversions
- Provide reporting and forecasting
- Working to target and reaching agreed KPI’s
- Management of sales budget
- Collaborating with Marketing to gather and use data insights to drive sales
- Building and developing a successful sales team
Experience Required
- 4+ years’ experience relevant experience as a Sales Manager in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Experience managing sales process from start to finish
- Account management and client developing skills
- Experience managing and developing team of software sales consultants
- Experience with HubSpot, Apollo or similar
- Data Analysis, Market Research and proven ability to extract actionable insights from metrics and reporting
- Experience working in a target driven environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong reporting and forecasting skills
