Salary: €30k + Uncapped Commission
Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for Car Sales Executive preferably with some previous car sales experience. Our client has an excellent reputation and is seeking to grow their Co. Kildare based team. The successful candidate will be target driven with previous sales experience and will report to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Handle inquiries, conduct test drives, and follow up on leads
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay current with industry trends
- Work independently while contributing to the wider team environment
- Proven experience in car sales or a similar sales role
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry and passion for the same
- Ability to meet sales targets and comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Ambitious and target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Full driver’s licence is essential
