Sparktel have teamed up with an leading expert in hydraulic solutions to hire a Warehouse Co-ordinator. The company has franchises all over the country and are looking to add to their highly professional branch in Dublin.
The Role
We are looking for someone who is self motivated, who can work well as part of a team. The role is to be the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone calls to deal with their busy sales department. We would prefer experience in a mechanical, plant or engineering background and will offer training for the right person.
Duties & responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the centre
Provide quality, quick and courteous customer service
Always be well presented and use appropriate PPE as required
Sale of off-the-shelf products
Log and process jobs through the Inhouse IT system
Pro-actively promote products and services to walk-in customers
Assist the Manager with stock control, ordering and distribution to the technicians
Provide assistance to staff within the franchise when requested
Day to day operation of the sales counter area, ensuring it is kept clean, presentable, well stocked and merchandised at all times
Knowledge and Skills
Good communication skills, both orally and written
Basic mechanical knowledge
The ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to work unsupervised and to time constraints
Whats on Offer
€36,000 - €40,000 salary depending on experience
Commission scheme available after successful training period
Full Driving License
