Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a HR Executive to join our client I Dublin 12. Our client is a leading provider of design, build, and maintenance services across a range of sectors including telecommunications, utilities, power, building services. The successful candidate will provide crucial support across a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, from employee data management to onboarding, payroll preparation, and general HR administration.
Responsibilities
- HR administrative support including employee contracts, letters, and documentation.
- Maintaining and updating employee records using the People XD HRIS, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and compliant.
- Supporting payroll preparation by ensuring new hires, salary changes, and leavers are correctly processed
- Coordinating onboarding activities
- Monitoring key employee milestones such as probation reviews, contract end dates, and long-term absences.
- Point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
- Supporting with the recruitment process.
- Running HR reports to track data trends like staff turnover and annual leave usage.
- Assisting with benefits administration, pension queries, and HR system updates.
- Maintaining a well-organized filing system for both digital and physical records.
Experience Required
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems – experience with People XD is a plus.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ideally CIPD accredited or working towards it
