Sparktel is partnering with one of Ireland’s leading infrastructure firms specializing in the design, build, and maintenance of utility networks. As they expand their back office, program management, and field operations, now is an exciting time to join their team!
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of complex national infrastructure programs. You will play a key role in the program management office, acting as a liaison between the project management team and the technical field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local authority requirements and operational activities for key clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain professional engagement with local authorities.
- Track and report on project budgets and assist with quotations for out-of-scope work.
- Ensure projects meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Monitor activity and compliance with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project delivery involving local authorities.
- Familiarity with MRL (MapRoad Licensing) or similar systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English is required; professional appearance is a must.
Desirable:
Experience in a telecoms or engineering administrative role.
