Job Title: Project Manager -FTTx
Location: Greater Dublin Area (Hybrid)

Sparktel are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for our client based in the Greater Dublin area. Our client is a leading provider of technical design, build and maintenance solutions in the Telecoms Industry. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of fixed-line fibre projects with clearly defined deliverables, budgets, and timelines. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to balance scope, cost, quality, and risk effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of FTTx rollout projects.
- Manage and coordinate field teams; Oversee recruitment and performance management of field teams.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting.
- Monitor financial performance, including preparation of weekly and monthly P&L reports.
- Track performance across quality, cost, schedule, and scope.
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring appropriate actions and escalations
- Prepare and present customer reports
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards at all times.
Experience Required
- 4+ years’ experience managing FTTx or fixed-line rollout projects.
- Strong background in telecoms infrastructure delivery, including civils, cabling, and splicing.
- Proven experience managing client relationships
- Strong financial acumen with excellent understanding of project commercials
- Experience producing project reporting and financial summaries.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of QGIS or ArcGIS is desirable.
