Overview
Sparktel Recruitment is a niche technical recruitment agency with an international reach, recruiting across Ireland, Europe and Asia. We support clients requiring specialist skills across industries such as Telecoms, Utilities and Construction. As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This role will support both local and international recruitment, playing a key part in candidate coordination, compliance, onboarding, and recruitment administration.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple recruitment processes simultaneously across Ireland and international markets
- Draft and publish job advertisements based on client requirements and role specifications
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback
- Assist with the coordination of documentation for international candidates (e.g. right-to-work checks, qualification verification, compliance records)
- Coordinate with all stakeholders in relation to relocation timelines and onboarding requirements
- Perform reference checks and assist with candidate onboarding processes
- Maintain and update candidate and client records within ATS / CRM systems
- Provide general recruitment administration support
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, coordination, or a project/administrative support role
- Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office, with experience using ATS or CRM systems
- Previous recruitment administration experience is highly beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- An interest in international recruitment and working with overseas candidates is desirable
