Salary: €70k-€75k + Vehicle

Overview:
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our client in the Greater Dublin Area. Our client is a leader in the provision of design, construction and maintenance services for the Telecoms Infrastructure Industry in Ireland. This role will report to the COO and is ideally suited to candidates with experience in fixed line build rollouts, including civils, cabling and splicing
Responsibilities
- Ensuring successful end to end delivery of projects as per contractual agreements with the customer
- Development and implementation of Project Management methodologies including Project Planning and Risk Registers
- Overall responsibility for client reporting including developing the monthly and quarterly client presentations.
- Managing project budget, timeline and risks to ensure delivery on predefined schedule, cost and quality
- Implementation of strategic actions to ensure any identified risks are mitigated and project is delivered successfully
- Day to day management of field teams; recruitment, training and performance management
- Ensuring quality, health & Safety and environmental standards are adhered to
Experience Required:
- 5+ years’ experience managing Fttx roll out projects
- Experience with fixed line build rollouts, including civils, cabling and splicing
- Proven experience managing project budget, schedule and KPI’s including hands on experience generating regular P&L reports
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience tracking data, developing reports and presenting to clients
- Excellent IT skills: advanced Excel is essential
- Knowledge of QGIS/ArcGIS an advantage
