Location: Dublin fully onsite
Salary: €35k-€40k + pension
Sparktel are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client based in Dublin. Our client has multiple depots nationwide and the successful candidate will be based full time on site in the Dublin depot. This role will work closely with the Accounts Team and Hire Controllers.
Duties:
- Using company software packages to input any relevant information
- Dealing with customer queries and order
- Coordinating and scheduling deliveries
- Dealing with invoices, POs and payment queries
- General administration
Experience Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar office administration role
- Strong MS Office skills particularly Excel and Outlook
- Good IT Literacy and proven ability to understand new systems and software
- Experience managing customer orders, invoices and general accounts experience
- Experience working with different departments and strong customer service skills
