Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Dublin West (Hybrid)
Salary: €40k-€45k + Excellent Benefits
Overview
Sparktel are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work with a leading client in West Dublin. Our client is currently delivering some of the largest telecommunication’s projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will coordinate the licensing and permits process from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
- Developing sustainable working relationships with external licencing authorities such as Local Authorities and Transport Infrastructure Ireland
- Operational Agreement and Process Agreement with various external licencing authorities
- Ensuring all licence and permit records are accurate and maintained appropriately
- Supporting Build Director, Build Managers, Contracts Managers etc. in relation to queries on licences/permits.
- Responsible for monitoring data for errors that may have a commercial impact and incur additional costs for the business
- Ensuring all applicable work orders are created and progressed.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience working in co-operation with Local government bodies and agencies such as Local Authorities and Councils
- Experience in an operational role in the Utilities industry is a distinct advantage
- Proven experience working in a multi-functional and cross -functional project delivery environment
- High level documentation skills with previous experience managing processes for licence and permits
- An in-depth knowledge of Purple Book Guidelines
- Excellent Computer & MS Office skills particularly MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
